Booking confirmation is subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Quoted prices may change without prior notice, especially if there are fluctuations in hotel rates.
Children aged 3 to 10 will be charged at child rates, while those below 3 years stay free.
Certain hotels in Dubai may charge for an extra bed if accommodating a child.
Transfers and tours will be conducted as per the provided itinerary and flight timings.
The listed rate per person applies to bookings for a minimum of 2 guests.
Single travellers may incur supplemental charges.
Supplemental charges may be applicable during peak periods such as New Year, Arab Health, Gulf Food, ATM, and other major events in Dubai.
Payments can be made to the official bank account of Tours Bayt or through a payment link.

Exclusions

Visa and flight costs are not covered in the package.
Visa and insurance processing for families and couples start at USD 99 per person. Visa fees vary depending on nationality.
Any personal expenses, insurance, meals, or items not mentioned in the inclusions list.
Tourism Dirham to be paid by the guests directly to the hotel.
Tourism dirham is a small govt fee i.e AED 10 Per Room Per Night for 3 Star Hotel.

One of our representatives will pick you from Dubai international airport. Our Chauffeur driver will transfer you to your hotel in a comfortable private car.

Day 2

Dubai Guided City Tour + Burj Khalifa

Half Day Dubai Guided City Tour

Explore Dubai through half day Dubai city tour which covers all the major landmarks of Dubai. The tour starts between 8 to 9 AM, depending on your pickup location. However, the exact pickup time will be provided to you one day prior to your trip. The tour concludes between 1 to 2 PM. It’s a 4 to 5 hours Dubai sightseeing tour with a multilingual tour guide. This includes a visit to a few historical places and passing by some amazing modern style architecture. There will be many photo stop where you can take pictures. The half-day Dubai City Tour gives you the overview of this beautiful city.

Burj Khalifa 124th & 125th Floor visit with Return Transfer

Experience the Burj Khalifa Tour with two way sharing basis transportation from your hotel to Dubai Mall Burj Khalifa and admission tickets for Burj Khalifa's 124th to 125th floors during off-peak hours.

Scheduled Timings for Burj Khalifa

Pickup is scheduled between 8:45 to 9:00 AM in the morning, and the driver will transport you to Dubai Mall Burj Khalifa by around 09:45 to 10:00 AM. Approximately 1 to 2 hour is enough (Depends on queue) to explore the 124th and 125th floors of Burj Khalifa. Following this, you can return to the parking area for drop-off back to your hotel is scheduled between 12:00 to 12:30 PM.

Note

This is a self-guided tour where the driver will drop you off at Dubai Mall parking. From there, you'll walk to the Burj Khalifa Counter inside the mall. Following the tour, you'll return to the same parking area for your return pickup. Additionally, if required, an English-speaking guide can be arranged for an additional cost.

Departure from Dubai

Check out from the hotel and our driver will pick you up in a private vehicle, taking you directly to Dubai International Airport.

We are not holding any rooms and the same will be subject to availability at the time of receiving your confirm request.
Above rates are per person basis.
Private transfers are point to point.
Sharing transfers the drivers will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the scheduled time
All above rates are net per person and in AED.
The confirmation of the twin beds / king bed / queen bed /triple bed will be provided based on the availability.
Any special requests like smoking room, nonsmoking rooms, rooms on higher floors, interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, large bed / View of the rooms will always be subject to availability upon check in.
Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
The pickup/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
No refund for partly utilized services.
Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances),if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
