• Burj Khalifa entry is time-specific. You select a timeslot. 
• Once inside Burj Khalifa, you may stay as long as you like, but you might have to wait in an elevator queue (around 15-30 minutes) due to popularity. 
• For IMG Worlds: queues close up to 2 hours before the park’s closing time in case of maximum capacity. 
• Outside food is not allowed inside IMG Worlds. 
• Children under a certain height (e.g. up to 105 cm) may enter for free. 
• Strollers & wheelchairs: available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Guests with disabilities should show their disability ID to get a POD wristband for fast-track access; carers don’t get free entrance.
