- Tickets are valid for 90 days from the issue date for the first redemption (first park) and must be redeemed at the second park within 7 days from the first redemption.
- Tickets cannot be refunded or revalidated, either fully or partially. Tickets must be redeemed at the specified parks listed above. Interchanging the second park will not be accepted (e.g., Dubai parks and resorts ticket cannot be redeemed at Wild Wadi).
- Tickets must be used by the same guests at both parks. Entry will be denied if any misuse of tickets is found at the gates.
Wild Wadi Water Park

- Life jackets are provided free of charge at various locations within the park. These are typically mandatory for certain rides and recommended for weaker swimmers.
