How To Redeem?
- To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you.
- You have the flexibility to visit both parks on the same day or choose to visit them on separate days if preferred.
- Approach the venue and place your tickets against the scanner.
- Once scanned, you can proceed to enter the park and embark on a memorable trip.
Important Information:
- Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- Guests can enjoy Food, Souvenirs, Shopping, and Rides at Global Village at their own cost.
- For safety reasons, children must wear the safety wristband provided by the ticket booths and Information Kiosk.
- Animals or pets are not allowed inside Global Village and Miracle Garden.
- Outside food and beverage will not be permitted within the Global Village and Miracle Garden.
- Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times
- The use of professional cameras and drones is not allowed inside the garden.
- Please use proper passages, walkways and exits allocated for such use.
- Flower picking is strictly not allowed.
- Cars, Balls, Scooters, Bicycles, Hoverboards, Pets are not allowed inside the garden.
- Guests on any type of wheels (rollers, skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, tricycles…) will not be accepted inside Global Village.
- Guests who are above the age of 65 Years & below 3 years can enter for free.
- No food and beverages are allowed from outside the Miracle Garden.
- The management has all the rights to expel any visitor from the park if found posing great threats to flowers, park assets or involves in miss conduct.
- Any damages arising due to negligence or non-compliance with mentioned instructions shall be the sole responsibility of the visitor and their companions.
Tuesdays are family and ladies days when only families and women will be admitted to the park. The only exception is if a Tuesday coincides with a public holiday.
Global Village Value tickets are valid only on Sunday To Thursday: 4 PM – 12 midnight.
